ABOUT HEARTWOOD

Zack Sittler, founder of Heartwood Custom Builders, grew up in Cooperstown, NY, where he developed an early passion for historic homes and fine craftsmanship. He honed his woodworking and carpentry skills at The College of the Redwoods and later worked alongside renowned furniture designer Richard Wrightman. Zack went on to earn a BFA in Design from Champlain College.

In 2018, Zack and his wife, Aleah, established Heartwood Custom Builders, bringing a dedication to highend construction and design. Known for meticulous detail and uncompromising standards, Zack combines heritage craftsmanship with innovative solutions to deliver homes of exceptional quality and enduring value.
